PTA

The Riebli PTA was officially formed in 2010, but prior to that had been part of the district-wide Mark West PTA. We are an organization representing the families of over 500 students and the staff that educates them. We are proud of the fact that Riebli Elementary has had a long history of strong volunteerism present on our campus. Our volunteers put in thousands of hours every school year.

The PTA allows parents to take their participation at Riebli to a higher level by being involved in planning and executing events on-campus as well as off-campus, and working to raise funds for various campus-wide programs. Our PTA has consistently provided funds to the teachers to defray some costs associated with field trips, and we have also funded the counseling program and the literacy building Accelerated Reader program. Our continued fundraising success has also helped to fund the Art and Science docent programs. The PTA also takes great pleasure in showing the staff our appreciation for their hard work in the classroom and office by hosting luncheons throughout the year.

If you are ready to take your level of participation to the next level, we welcome you to share your ideas, concerns and experiences at our next PTA meeting. It is a great way to meet other parents, make new friends, and ultimately. . . make a difference! You may also contact us at rieblipta@yahoo.com and let us know how you would like to get involved.

Did you miss the deadline for the membership drive?  That’s OK,  you can become a PTA member at any time.  Simply Click here to download and fill out the membership form.  Once you’ve done that, turn it in to your childs teacher or to the PTA box in the school office.   Remember, only PTA members can vote on PTA business, therefore it is important to become a PTA member so your voice can be heard.  We always welcome ideas to make our school stronger, so if you cannot attend a meeting, please keep in touch with us by email at RiebliPTA@yahoo.com . We all know children learn more and have better lives when parents, school staff, students and the community work together.  As we move forward with our new principal and the campus construction is complete, IT’S TIME FOR US TO COME TOGETHER TO REBUILD OUR RIEBLI COMMUNITY.
